Responsibilities
- Reporting to a partner, handle team development, attract new talent, deliver technical work and client stakeholder management.
- Develop, retain and motivate junior staff, assist in day‑to‑day team management.
- Proactively monitor and resolve people issues, provide constructive input and support career planning.
- Manage budgets, fees targets, WIP and debtors.
- Advise on practice queries and act as main client contact.
- Review junior work and resolve issues, multi‑task within deadlines, liaise with colleagues to deliver high quality service.
Qualifications
- ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
- Proven practice environment experience, managing audit portfolio and maintaining client relationships.
- Proactive problem solving, strong communication, organisation, planning skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team and take responsibility and initiative.
