Description
- Partner with senior operational and commercial leaders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver proactive financial insight and analysis, highlighting potential risks, opportunities, and initiatives to enhance margins and overall profitability.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, cost optimisation, and detailed profitability reviews across business units.
- Track performance against budget and forecast, clearly explaining key variances and underlying drivers.
- Maintain full responsibility for the integrity of the P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, ensuring robust financial control.
- Oversee the month-end close process, producing accurate and timely management reporting.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS standards, internal control frameworks, and company financial governance policies.
- Continuously improve financial reporting processes, systems, and analytical tools to enhance decision support.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners to promote clarity, alignment, and transparency.
Profile
A Successful Finance Business Partner Should Have:
