Description: The Accounts Payable Team Lead is a temporary to permanent role and will be full-time office-based. Key responsibilities will include: Lead, manage, and develop a small team of Accounts Payable clerks, providing training, guidance, and performance management. Oversee the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment requests in accordance with company procedures. Ensure that all accounts payable transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system and that supplier statements are reconciled. Manage the payment cycle, ensuring all payments are processed on time, including early settlement opportunities to maximize cost savings. Monitor and review outstanding payables and ensure that any overdue accounts are promptly addressed. Develop and implement best practices to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the accounts payable function. Profile: In order to apply for the role you should: Have previous experience in an Accounts Payable supervisor role. Have supervisory experience.
