Accounts Payable

We are seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join a temporary position within the Not for Profit sector in Cranbrook. The role involves managing financial transactions and supporting the accounting and finance department with accuracy and efficiency.

This opportunity is with a small‑sized organisation in the Not for Profit industry dedicated to making a positive impact and values precision and efficiency in its financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions within the accounting system.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with month‑end closing processes as required.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and documents.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to address payment inquiries.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices to maintain supplier relationships.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounts payable processes where needed.
• Assist the accountancy department as and when needed.

Profile

The successful candidate will be available on short notice and will have experience in the above responsibilities.

Job Offer
