We are seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join a temporary position within the Not for Profit sector in Cranbrook. The role involves managing financial transactions and supporting the accounting and finance department with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions within the accounting system.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with month‑end closing processes as required.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and documents.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to address payment inquiries.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices to maintain supplier relationships.
- Contribute to the improvement of accounts payable processes where needed.
- Assist the accountancy department as and when needed.

The successful candidate will be available on short notice and will have experience in the above responsibilities.
