Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM's current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost ÂŁ200m revenue.

We are looking for an Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager who will support within our accounting and financial reporting team in our Birmingham office, preparing statutory financial statements for large and medium companies and supporting our clients with financial reporting advice. Acting for clients across a range of sectors including retail, media and technology, travel, manufacturing and PE backed entities, you will build effective relationships with Partners and Directors to lead as a trusted advisor to a wealth of clients.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, always providing a premium service, whilst taking an active role in the growth of the department through the identification of opportunities and associated business development activities
- Providing GAAP support and advisory services to our clients, supporting our (non-Audit) clients through their audit process
- Having a strong awareness of FRS102, FRS101 and Companies Act reporting requirements
- Managing relevant AFR teams’ performance, ensuring appropriate objectives set and development plans in place for junior members
