We are currently looking for a Customer Operations Administrator on a full-time, permanent contract basis. This position sits within the Student Support team, based in our Glasgow office. The Customer Operations Administrator's role is to provide administrative support to ACCA's customers through key processes, whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met.
The job
- Responsible for the delivery of student-related processes ensuring all internal/external SLAs are achieved.
- Handle all queries relating to our student's journey to affiliate status.
- Ensure all actions carried out in line with ACCA's standard processes and policy.
- Demonstrate an understanding of up-to-date procedural and policy knowledge.
- Actively participate in the delivery of continuous improvement, working collaboratively with colleagues across the Customer Service directorate.
- General ad-hoc duties as requested by the Team Manager.
- Show an interest and understanding of customers' needs, with a view to continually searching for ways to improve the customer experience.
The person
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide the correct solution.
- Excellent organisational/planning skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate (written and verbally) professionally across the internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload.
- Strong confidence using Microsoft packages, i.e. Word and Excel.
