As a Trainee Broker, you\’ll:
- Drive new business with proactive outreach — calls, meetings, and creative e-marketing campaigns.
- Build strong client relationships and grow your personal portfolio from day one.
- Coordinate complex flight logistics while delivering five-star customer service.
- Ensure a seamless, first-class experience for every client.
- Support operations with flight monitoring, reporting, and CRM management.
- Respond to out-of-hours charter enquiries as part of the duty team.
- Be ready to jump in — including out-of-hours support and a rotating 24/7 duty schedule.
- Continually develop your sales expertise, industry knowledge and commercial awareness
What we\’re looking for:
- Some experience in sales, broking, or a commercial environment; aviation knowledge or interest is a plus
- A sharp, target-driven mindset and serious motivation to succeed
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and adaptable to new systems
- Detail-oriented, flexible team player with precise data entry skills; additional languages advantageous
