As a Trainee Broker, you\’ll:

  • Drive new business with proactive outreach — calls, meetings, and creative e-marketing campaigns.
  • Build strong client relationships and grow your personal portfolio from day one.
  • Coordinate complex flight logistics while delivering five-star customer service.
  • Ensure a seamless, first-class experience for every client.
  • Support operations with flight monitoring, reporting, and CRM management.
  • Respond to out-of-hours charter enquiries as part of the duty team.
  • Be ready to jump in — including out-of-hours support and a rotating 24/7 duty schedule.
  • Continually develop your sales expertise, industry knowledge and commercial awareness

What we\’re looking for:

  • Some experience in sales, broking, or a commercial environment; aviation knowledge or interest is a plus
  • A sharp, target-driven mindset and serious motivation to succeed
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and adaptable to new systems
  • Detail-oriented, flexible team player with precise data entry skills; additional languages advantageous
