About the role

We are looking for an Operations Lead to join our growing international team. Reporting to the Director of Sales International, you will oversee our Planning & Campaign Management function and support the growing need for centralised campaign operations and post-sale management. Sitting at the heart of our commercial team, you will ensure campaigns move seamlessly from sale to execution across our international network. You will lead the Planning & Campaign Management team, personally oversee our largest strategic campaigns, and drive operational excellence.

Working closely with creators, clients, Sales, Creative, Product, and Operations teams, you will introduce scalable processes that boost efficiency, enable business growth, and support the rollout of new advertising products. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the commercial team, ensuring exceptional execution that deepens client relationships and drives repeat business.

What you'll do

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Planning & Campaign Management team to foster a high-performing and engaged culture.
  • Strategic Campaign Execution: Personally oversee the planning and delivery of the International team’s largest, most complex campaigns.
  • Process & Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and build scalable, documented best practices for campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Reporting & Insights: Maintain robust post-campaign processes, delivering high-quality Post-Campaign Analyses (PCAs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Creator Networks, Sales Leadership, Creative, and Regional MDs to optimize delivery, maximize inventory, and hit commercial goals.
  • Product & Tech Rollouts: Partner with Global Product and Operations teams to seamlessly implement new technology, ad products, and operational tools across International markets.

Who you are

  • Experienced: 5+ years in operations, campaign management, or ad ops within media, advertising, or audio/podcasting.
  • People Leader: Proven background managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Process Architect: Track record of designing, scaling, and embedding operational workflows across cross-functional teams.
  • Data & Detail Minded: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using reporting frameworks like PCAs and QBRs.
  • Collaborator & Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable working alongside Sales, Creative, Product, and Executive Leadership.
  • Commercially Minded: Ability to balance operational rigor with business growth and client needs.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in an international or multi-market environment (ROW/International experience is a major plus).
