Our client is a leading menswear retailer with stores across the UK and has been operating for over 75 years. The business is expanding further and is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for its menswear store based within Springfield Outlet shopping centre, Unit 49A Camel Gate, Spalding, PE12 6EY. This is a superb opportunity to join a well‑established yet ever‑growing company in a managerial position.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing the store and team.
- Organise staff rotas.
- Drive sales and deliver customer service.
- Merchandise stock.
- Operate the till and card machine.
Salary & Benefits
- £26,436.80 per annum plus excellent bonus and commission.
