The Opportunity
We are recruiting an Associate Territory Manager to join our UK team in a field-based role covering the South of England, including Southampton, Plymouth, Brighton, Oxford, London (St George’s) and potentially Bristol. This role is ideal for a graduate or early-career professional looking to break into medical devices, or for someone with NHS or healthcare experience seeking a commercial pathway. You will receive structured training, close mentorship, and a clear development plan, with progression opportunities as you grow within the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and manage accounts within your assigned territory
- Attend clinical cases to provide in-theatre device support
- Train physicians and theatre teams on Acandis products
- Manage consignment stock and support local logistics
- Build strong relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders
- Support local educational events and clinical activities
- Work closely with the wider commercial and clinical team
- Gradually take increased responsibility for territory performance
This is a field-based role with approximately 85% travel within the territory, including occasional overnight stays. You will have significant autonomy and control over your own diary.

Essential Requirements
