We are looking for a Marketing Execution & Content Repurposing Intern based in the United Kingdom to help turn existing ideas, insights, and content into consistent, high-quality market visibility—without increasing the founder’s time or cognitive load. The program is a 3-month remote internship, during which you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing tasks for your mentioned business for 10 hours per week. This is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program.

- Your role is to take existing thinking, recordings, and written content and transform them into structured, engaging outputs that support awareness, trust, and lead generation.
- Support business growth by translating existing thinking, experience, and content into consistent, credible market visibility.
- Improve visibility, consistency, and recall with the right audiences over time.
- Repurpose written, audio, and video content into usable, well-paced outputs for lead and business growth.
- Turn long-form or raw material into short-form content, clips, and structured posting sequences.
- Maintain consistent content distribution across platforms without requiring new content creation from scratch.
- Prepare drafts and variations for review and iteration.

- Comfortable drafting content for review and iteration (not expected to publish final work independently).
- Detail-oriented, consistent, and reliable in execution.
- Interest in content systems, distribution, and marketing efficiency.
