You will have a genuine passion for youth empowerment, advocacy and community development, and for motivating young people. Knowledge of the local mid-Notts area and experience working with vulnerable or disadvantaged young people would be an advantage.

You will work from our Sutton and Ollerton campuses and in the wider community, so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is mandatory as you will be expected to drive between venues.

Benefits

You can expect fantastic professional development opportunities, a comprehensive employee benefits package, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work and gym schemes, cinema tickets, and an employee assistance programme. Most importantly, you will work alongside a team passionate about what they do.
