We are searching for the best education professionals to join our trust. Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) Manager and Lead Teacher. As a key leader you will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of specialist provision within the SRP, enabling pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to access a personalised, inclusive curriculum.
  • Ensure a blended mainstream and specialist offer to support pupil progress and successful inclusion.
  • Manage and mentor staff, promote a culture of outstanding success and drive continuous improvement within the Academy.

Qualifications:

  • DFE recognised Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Relevant SEND experience (e.g. ASD, SEMH, SLCN) and experience teaching pupils with complex SEND needs.
  • Willingness to work towards or hold a SENCo qualification.
  • Exceptional leadership and educator, with vision, tenacity, optimism and strong interpersonal skills.
