We are looking for a School & Reprographics Administrator to join our team. If you are interested in working with young people and would like to help them as they prepare for their future working lives, we would like to hear from you. There will be opportunities to operate student reception and develop your administrative skills in a fast‐paced environment.
About the Role
We are looking to appoint a proactive and approachable individual to join our team with a can‐do attitude, a positive mindset, and a strong commitment to supporting the day‐to‐day experience of our students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Operate student reception and provide a professional and welcoming service to members of the public.
- Support the day‐to‐day experience of our students and staff.
- Manage administrative tasks in a fast‐paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A–C (9–4) or equivalent, and previous experience working within a busy office environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with the public.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong ICT skills.
- Adaptable, well organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, positive individual with high expectations and ambition for all learners.
- Committed to a supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Availability to start work at 8:30am.
