This role offers an exciting opportunity to support learners locally and in the wider community, helping them progress further in their lives. Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the curriculum centre and leadership team. * Manage day‐to‐day office tasks, including minute taking and scheduling. * Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information. * Assist in preparing reports and documents for the leadership team. * Support the team with varied tasks, working independently and collaboratively. Qualifications * Good standard education, including GCSE Maths and English A–C (9–4) or equivalent. * Experience working in a busy, varied administrative role, preferably within a college or education setting. * Typing skills, minute taking, proven ICT skills and experience with Microsoft Office, OneDrive and SharePoint. * Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels. * Ability to work to deadlines, maintain confidentiality, accuracy and timeliness. * Positive 'can do' attitude, flexible and approachable.
