We are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of History to inspire and support our students across all key stages. The role involves designing and delivering a knowledge‑rich curriculum and collaborating closely with a dynamic, supportive department. Applications from ECTs are welcomed.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and inspire learners across all key stages.
  • Design and deliver an ambitious history curriculum.
  • Lead curriculum development and work with colleagues to enhance teaching practice.
  • Support and progress other teachers within the academy.
  • Collaborate with the teaching and learning team, Lead Practitioners and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Participate in departmental marking and assessment activities.

Qualifications

  • Qualified teacher with subject knowledge in History.
  • Experience teaching across key stages is desirable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to curriculum excellence and professional development.
