Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the academy by carrying out administration procedures and communicating with stakeholders.
- Complete a wide variety of administration and office tasks.
- Welcome visitors, manage their visit by directing them appropriately and efficiently or dealing with their enquiry.
- Support incoming calls and respond to queries promptly.
