Site Supervisor

• 37 hours a week/ All Year Round
• Salary Scale: NJC 4 – 9
• £24,404 to £26,409 per annum
• Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity?

Iceni Academy Methwold are looking for a Site Supervisor to work with the wider estates team and academy senior leadership team, be responsible for a wide range of day to day management and operation of premises related functions, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and management of contractors.

The successful candidate will be able to understand and apply Health and Safety Regulations, effectively supervise onsite contractors and be competent at basic building repairs and maintenance. It is essential that the successful candidate have strong literacy and numeracy skills, be first aid trained and MIDA trained or be willing to undertake this training, have working knowledge or relevant qualifications in Health and Safety and have completed Safeguarding level 1 training.
