Behaviour Improvement Officer – 37 hours per week, term time only. NJC Point 8-13 (actual £23,071 to £24,998). Required: As soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Embed the Academy’s values and support students to demonstrate high standards of work, behaviour and conduct.
- Manage all aspects of the Academy Internal Exclusion Provision, including design and implementation of behaviour modification programmes.
- Act as a behaviour coach and/or mentor to individual and small groups.
Qualifications
- GCSE grade 4/C in English and Maths; excellent literacy and numeracy skills; competent IT user.
- Experience of working in a secondary school or with young people; ability to deal with a wide range of student behaviour.
