Responsibilities
- Lead the academy’s statutory SEND commitment.
- Secure and manage SEND funding and associated practices.
- Assess and plan academy SEND provision to meet the needs of all students.
- Provide training and development for all staff in SEND.
- Allocate teaching role with subject specialisms welcomed.
- Create a culture of excellence among students.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in SEND leadership.
- Strong knowledge of statutory SEND frameworks.
- Ability to secure and manage SEND funding.
- Leadership and training skills.
