Our team of talented staff are friendly and professional, fully committed to the educational, pastoral, and well-being needs of our students. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational SENDCO to join this team. The ideal candidate will ensure the academy meets its statutory commitment in relation to SEND, secure and manage SEND funding and associated practices and assess and plan academy SEND provision in order that it meets the needs of all students including the training and development of all staff. This position is also an allocated teaching role; all subject specialisms are welcomed. You will be joining a dynamic and exciting team, creating a culture of excellence amongst our students.
