Pool Hayes Academy is seeking a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to enhance students' social, emotional and mental wellbeing and support academic outcomes. The role involves working with 11–16 year olds, including those who are vulnerable or hard to reach, with duties spanning delivery of elements of the curriculum under guidance from subject leaders.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, have a grade 4/C or above in English and Maths, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
