About the Role
We are looking to appoint a proactive and approachable individual to join our team with a can‑do attitude, a positive mindset, and a strong commitment to supporting the day‑to‑day experience of our students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Operate student reception and provide a professional and welcoming service to members of the public.
- Support the day‑to‑day experience of our students and staff.
- Manage administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A–C (9–4) or equivalent, and previous experience working within a busy office environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with the public.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong ICT skills.
- Adaptable, well organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, positive individual with high expectations and ambition for all learners.
- Committed to a supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Availability to start work at 8:30am.
