We are looking for a School & Reprographics Administrator to join our team. If you are interested in working with young people and would like to help them as they prepare for their future working lives, we would like to hear from you. There will be opportunities to operate student reception and develop your administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
About the role:
We are looking to appoint a proactive and approachable individual to join our team as a School & Reprographics Administrator who will bring a can‑do attitude, a positive mindset, and a strong commitment to supporting the day‑to‑day experience of our students and staff.
It is essential that you hold GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A–C (9–4) or equivalent, and have previous experience working within a busy office environment. You will have strong interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with members of the public, and be confident providing a professional and welcoming service.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, alongside strong ICT skills. You will be adaptable, well organised and be able to manage your time effectively in a fast‑paced environment prioritising work appropriately.
You will be an enthusiastic, positive individual with high expectations and ambition for all learners, committed to contributing to a supportive and inclusive school environment.
