About the Role
The Nicholas Hammond Academy is looking to appoint a Student Support Leader to support students in the classroom within an Academy that strives for excellence. The successful candidate will manage and improve the behaviour and progress of students within the academy and support students in being ready to learn and to be happy, successful and positive members of the academy community. This role will also involve supporting the positive engagement between the academy and families.
Qualifications
- GCSE grade 4/C+ in a range of subjects including English and Maths.
- Experience of working effectively in a learning/student care setting.
- Ability to support teaching and learning and promote student well-being.
