We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Leader to collaborate with Heads of Year, Pastoral Leaders and other colleagues to improve attainment and progress for all students. This will include leading on behaviour, attendance and welfare issues for identified year groups and being the first point of contact for parents and external agencies.

To succeed, you will have at least three years’ experience of working with young people in a secondary school and hold a good academic standard of general education to A Level/NVQ Level 3 with a relevant qualification in office administration. You will have experience of liaising with parents and external agencies, be computer literate and have the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.

You will be joining a dynamic team, who enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
