We are looking for an experienced HLTA to support SEND and Pupil Premium students to improve cognition and learning needs through targeted intervention. The role involves working closely with teachers and students to foster progress academically, socially, and emotionally.

You are enthusiastic, self‑motivated, patient, and able to use your own initiative to support students in the classroom, building positive relationships and raising self‑esteem.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4/C in English and Maths
  • Current HLTA qualification (or willingness to complete one)
