Actual Salary: £20,815 – £21,824 per annum

Overview

Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new opportunity? Mildenhall College Academy is looking to appoint a new Interventions HLTA. As an intervention HLTA, the successful candidate will work with a range of SEND and pupil premium students to support their cognition and learning needs through targeted intervention.

Responsibilities

  • Provide targeted intervention support to SEND and pupil premium students.
  • Work with students in the classroom to support academic, social and emotional progress.
  • Establish supportive relationships with students to enhance self-esteem and positive learning attitudes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCSE or equivalent grade 4/C in English and Maths.
  • Hold an HLTA qualification or be willing to complete this qualification.
  • Enthusiastic, patient, self-motivated and able to use initiative.
