Ravens Academy is seeking an ambitious, values-driven Principal to provide strategic and cultural leadership for our welcoming one-form entry primary school, as part of Academy Transformation Trust (ATT). About the role

  • Lead the academy as a values-led learning community, aligned to ATT2030
  • Shape and sustain an inclusive, high-expectation culture rooted in belonging and professional trust
  • Secure strong educational outcomes through high-quality teaching, curriculum and professional development
  • Develop people and leadership capacity while prioritising wellbeing and professional respect
  • Work in professional partnership with governors and Trust leaders
  • Contribute beyond your school as a system leader across the Trust
