Ravens Academy is seeking an ambitious, values-driven Principal to provide strategic and cultural leadership for our welcoming one-form entry primary school, as part of Academy Transformation Trust (ATT). This is an opportunity to lead a school where relationships matter, culture drives standards, and every child and adult is supported to become capable, competent and confident.

- Lead the academy as a values-led learning community, aligned to ATT2030
- Shape and sustain an inclusive, high-expectation culture rooted in belonging and professional trust
- Secure strong educational outcomes through high-quality teaching, curriculum and professional development
- Develop people and leadership capacity while prioritising wellbeing and professional respect
- Work in professional partnership with governors and Trust leaders
