Responsibilities
Caldmore Primary Academy is looking for a fixed‑term Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils. This role will involve promoting pupils’ independence, self‑esteem and social inclusion, and giving support to pupils individually or in groups so that they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold GCSE level (including English and Maths grade C/4+), and an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. First‑aid training, or willingness to undertake training, is essential.
