Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? Westbourne Academy are looking for a Teaching Assistant – Intimate Care. Someone who strives to share their passion for education with our students to join our dedicated team to uphold the Academy’s vision and values.

About you: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is self‑motivated, and has a passion for supporting teaching and learning by establishing supportive relationships with students, helping to raise their self‑esteem and develop a positive attitude to learning within a secondary Academy. You will relish the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, patient and able to use their own initiative, to support students with personal care and encourage independence and self‑reliance. Previous experience of a role in an educational establishment is desirable but not essential. This role requires a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
