Westbourne Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning and build positive relationships with students to foster confidence and a proactive attitude to learning.
The successful candidate will be patient, self-motivated, and capable of using initiative to assist pupils in the classroom and monitor progress.
Prior experience is desirable but not essential; a grade C/4 in English and Maths is required.
