  • Enable every student to fulfil their potential as individual learners, effective citizens and well-rounded individuals.
  • Lead a team of tutors and influence staff, parents/carers and stakeholders to raise aspiration and improve outcomes for all.
  • Provide independent, proactive support to the school in achieving the best possible outcomes for all students.

  • Good basic education to GCSE level (including English and Maths).
  • Completed relevant courses such as coaching, mentoring or study support.
  • Previous experience working with young people.
  • Motivated, independent and hardworking, capable of working on own initiative.
