Westbourne Academy in Ipswich is seeking an Assistant Head of Year (non-teaching) to lead a team of tutors and influence staff, parents and all stakeholders to raise aspirations and improve outcomes for every student.

The role requires a good GCSE foundation (English and Maths), training in coaching/mentoring/study support, and prior work with young people.

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only).
