A Curriculum Centre Manager and Leadership Team Personal Assistant is required for maternity cover at ATTFE College, an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ provider. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support learners locally and in the wider community, helping them progress further in their lives.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the curriculum centre and leadership team.
- Manage day-to-day office tasks, including minute taking and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
- Assist in preparing reports and documents for the leadership team.
- Support the team with varied tasks, working independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Good standard education, including GCSE Maths and English A–C (9–4) or equivalent.
- Experience working in a busy, varied administrative role, preferably within a college or education setting.
- Typing skills, minute taking, proven ICT skills and experience with Microsoft Office, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines, maintain confidentiality, accuracy and timeliness.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude, flexible and approachable.
