About the Role

ATTFE College is seeking a Curriculum Centre Manager and Leadership Team Personal Assistant to support the college’s leadership and curriculum management on a fixed‑term maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the curriculum centre and leadership team.
  • Prepare and take accurate minutes for meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Meet deadlines and manage tasks independently while working collaboratively with the team.
  • Use Microsoft Office, OneDrive and SharePoint to support office functions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSEs in Maths and English at A–C (9–4) or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in a busy administrative role, preferably within a college or education setting.
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in minute taking.
  • Proven ICT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of working to deadlines, managing confidentiality, and demonstrating a flexible, positive approach.
