Pool Hayes Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional Cover Supervisor to enhance students’ experience of secondary education. The successful candidate will provide effective cover supervision for absent teachers to ensure continuity of student education, and will support additional activities including invigilation and an administration assistant role.
Responsibilities
- Provide cover supervision for absent teachers to maintain continuity of student education.
- Support invigilation and administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with other activities to support teaching and learning as directed by the leadership team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Good education to GCSE level, including English and Maths.
- Experience of working with young people, ideally within an educational environment, with demonstrated respect for young people and their needs.
Salary and Hours
- Actual salary: £19,947 to £23,056 per annum
- 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum
