Responsibilities
The Assistant Head of Year will lead a team of tutors and influence all staff, parents/carers and stakeholders to raise aspiration and improve outcomes for all students. The role supports the school in achieving the best possible outcomes for all students.
Qualifications & Experience
- Good basic education to GCSE level, including English and Maths.
- Completed relevant courses such as coaching, mentoring or study support.
- Previous experience working with young people.
- Ambitious, independent, proactive interest in education.
