Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? The Nicholas Hamond Academy are looking to appoint an Admissions & Attendance Officer. We are looking for an individual who has excellent critical thinking skills and strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, who is self-motivated and has a genuine passion and a belief in the potential of every pupil. You will relish the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment.
The Admissions and Attendance Officer will manage the operation of legal registration and lesson registration via the academy’s BROMCOM System, monitor and analyse attendance data and take the lead in the management of academy admissions.
About you
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience of working with young people in a secondary school, experience of improving attendance and strategies to support students and have experience of liaising with parents and external agencies. To succeed you will have the ability to multi-task, have good personal organisation and administrative skills, and have a good academic standard of general education.
