Curriculum Centre Manager and Leadership Team Personal Assistant to join an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ provider on a fixed term maternity cover at ATTFE College. This role offers 37 hours per week, all year round, and commences in October 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Personal Assistant to the Leadership Team and support the Curriculum Centre Manager in the delivery of college activities.
  • Perform a busy and varied administrative role within a college/education setting, including minute‑taking, data entry and managing schedules.
  • Use Microsoft Office, OneDrive and SharePoint to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working to deadlines, maintaining confidentiality and tackling a variety of tasks independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade A‑C (9‑4) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in a busy administrative role, preferably within a college or education setting.
  • Proven typing skills, minute‑taking, ICT competencies.
  • Positive, flexible, approachable, able to work independently and within a team.
