As an Advisor III, IT Business Partner, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of technology, data, and operations, supporting the refinery's operations. You will help translate ideas into impactful digital enhancements, build strong partnerships across the organization, and support initiatives that strengthen efficiency, clarity, and collaboration. What You'll Do

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable technology solutions that drive value across refinery operations.
  • Lead the identification, documentation, and analysis of business requirements, leveraging your understanding of end-to-end refinery processes including margin improvement, lab systems and support data analytic initiatives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, support small capital projects, and ensure business needs are met through effective requirements management, process mapping, and solution delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of business cases, facilitate training, and maintain clear, high-quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners to optimize systems, manage vendor relationships, and support software upgrades and renewals.
  • Proactively resolve user issues, support change initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Build strong relationships across business and IT, champion best practices, and help deliver solutions that enable future success.
  • Audit existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend technology-driven process improvements.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or related IT roles.
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $121,500 - $148,500. At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation. Each role is assigned a salary grade with a defined pay range, benchmarked against industry peers. Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role's requirements. Offers are made to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Our compensation programs are designed to reward performance and support career growth.
