A new position in the communications and marketing team focusing on design and creative for all promotional assets as directed by the Head of Marketing and PR. With a flair for high-quality design and content, you will collaborate with the wider team to deliver campaign assets, multi-channel promotional material, and graphics for the Group and its nationwide venues, campaigns, artists, promoters, and tours.

About You:
- Demonstrable experience in a design role in music, brand, media, or entertainment.
- Strong working knowledge of layout and design for print and digital, online and social media, from conception to final realization.
- Confident and knowledgeable in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and web-based applications.
- Credible portfolio of work and brand management experience.
- Experience in video editing and animation.
- Passion for design, marketing, content, and social media.
- Motivated by impact-led design to ensure all campaign activity aligns.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the head of PR and brand communications to develop visual assets and promotional material for the key strategic business objectives.
- Liaise daily with the department leads (digital marketing, social and content, marketing, PR) to produce creative assets for a wide variety of media, including but not limited to print, digital, presentations, corporate, and social media.
- Create unique graphics for all relevant promotional channels and projects.
- Develop layout, design, and branding from concept to final realization.
- Ensure that a high volume of artwork and design elements are delivered in a timely manner.
- Manage and monitor multiple projects throughout the various stages of development.
- Understand best practice across social and paid media channels.
- Strive for best-in-class creative output.
- Promote good communication and respond to feedback.
- Work within company brand guidelines and style guides.
- Manage, brief, and oversee relationships with any external designers as required.
- Identify and communicate key design and creative trends, formats, and insights.
