Academy Education Network (AEN) helps students in the UK find the right university course and apply with confidence. Every day, people enquire through our website, our events and our partner forms. The Conversion Officer is the first person they speak to: you pick up each new enquiry quickly, understand what the student wants, check what they qualify for, and guide them to the right adviser or straight into an application.

You work inside our CRM, where every lead lands in your queue with the student's details, the course they asked about and the next action due. Your job is to turn enquiries into applications.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to every new enquiry the same day, by phone, WhatsApp and e-mail.
  • Qualify each student: course and intake, entry qualifications, student finance eligibility, location and travel.
  • Book the student with the right recruitment adviser, or send the application invite yourself.
  • Keep the CRM accurate: outcome of every call, next action, reason when a lead does not go ahead.
  • Chase students who have gone quiet, with the follow-up schedule the CRM sets.
  • Report weekly on enquiries received, contacted, booked and converted.

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year in a sales, admissions, call-centre or customer-contact role, ideally in education.
  • A warm, patient phone manner and clear written English; a second language spoken by our students (Romanian, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Bengali or Urdu) is a real advantage.
  • Organised and comfortable working from a queue with targets.
  • Confident with CRM software and online forms.
  • Right to work in the UK.

What You'll Get

  • A clear bonus for every enquiry that becomes an enrolled student.
  • Training on UK higher education, student finance and our partner universities.
  • A growing company where good people move up quickly.
