The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join as the quantity surveying team\’s Associate Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a construction cost management professional who thrives in managing diverse projects from inception to completion within a consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects as the main point of contact for clients.
Manage day‐to‐day operations of projects, ensuring they meet financial and time constraints.
Oversee a diverse portfolio, including a £20m mixed‐use community hub, a £50m office‐to‐residential conversion, and a £60m new‐build school.
Utilise both pre and post‐contract skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver on project goals.
