Cafe/Bar Supervisor

We are looking to recruit experienced supervisors to work within our team at a new site opening on Whitchurch Road, Cardiff.

This position would suit either a supervisor or team leader who has a passion for customer service and relishes the chance to contribute their ideas towards a growing brand.

To apply for this supervisor role, you should have previous barista/bar experience – at supervisor or team leader level.

The duties would include;-

-Supporting the management team in all daily operations

-Leading by example as an integral part of the front-of-house operation

-Delivering excellent customer service at all times

-Running the shift and team in the absence of the manager

-Dealing with all customer enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner

-To be a strong and diligent leader

-Possess an excellent work ethic

-Be creative & confident

-Have great organisational skills
