We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications (Marcomm) Manager to lead our branding, digital campaigns, and student engagement initiatives. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focusing on driving campus vibrancy, strengthening brand presence, and enhancing the overall student experience.
You will be responsible for planning and executing engaging student activities, events, and initiatives that bring energy and life to the campus, fostering a sense of community and belonging. These initiatives will also serve as compelling social media content, showcasing our vibrant culture to a wider audience.
Responsibilities- Develop and oversee integrated social media and digital content strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market reach.
- Leverage Data Analytics and SEO to optimise campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
- Plan, coordinate, and approve promotional materials for online and offline channels, ensuring consistent branding.
- Lead the production of marketing copy and multimedia content for the corporate website, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
- Craft and manage regular newsletters and communication updates to engage stakeholders and students.
- Monitor campaign performance and track Return on Investment (ROI), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage corporate website and social media presence, ensuring timely responses to agents’ and students’ queries.
- Build and maintain strong networks with industry experts, student recruitment agents, and potential partners to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Oversee student engagement initiatives, ensuring vibrant on-campus activities that enhance student experience and generate compelling digital content.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, working closely with sales and academic teams to align marketing efforts with stakeholder needs.
- Proven experience in a Marketing Communications role.
- Strong familiarity with both B2C and B2B advertising campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in web content management and social media marketing.
- Track record of developing and executing effective social media campaigns.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
