We offer a wide range of services, including homelessness prevention, supported housing, mental health support, community advice, hoarding support and services for young people. The Role

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexibility required)

As a Support Worker, you will provide accommodation‑related support to adults experiencing homelessness across Warwick District and Stratford‑upon‑Avon, acting as a keyworker for people living in P3 accommodation and in the community. You will encourage positive and healthy lifestyles, assist individuals in developing skills for independent living, and work closely with partners across the county using a multi‑agency approach to achieve positive outcomes. You will record all paperwork on our internal IT system and make decisions whose sole purpose is to support the people we work alongside to achieve their goals.
