We are looking for a person who has excellent communication skills to work in our young people's accommodation services in Warwickshire. You will need to have a strong people focus, and a creative and innovative approach to working with young people. The role includes working alongside the young people on their individual goals, carrying out activities and keeping accurate records. You will be responsible for health and safety of the building, managing incidents and ensuring that our young people are safe and supported.
