The Role

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Rotherham Metropolitan Borough

Do you have the leadership skills to inspire others and make a difference? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Service Coordinator to lead, develop, and supervise the Rotherham Housing Related Support Service.

You will assist the Operations Manager in managing the service, focusing on providing person-centred, holistic, and accessible support.

We seek a highly motivated, confident, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.

The successful candidate will develop strong partnerships to facilitate seamless support and connect clients with community resources, ensuring they receive the help they need to thrive.
