The Role

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, flexibility required

P3 is seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator to oversee our Stratford Complex Needs and Street Outreach service. You will lead a team to drive positive change and to make a difference within the lives of the individuals and communities we support.

At P3, we provide a range of accommodation and community-based services across Coventry and Warwickshire. Our services offer housing, intensive and light touch support to people who are facing homelessness, multiple-disadvantages and other accommodation related challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of P3s growth and to further your own development.

As Service Coordinator, you will lead by example promoting P3s values and behaviours. Providing compassionate leadership and managing our exceptional teams with care, kindness, and a commitment to trauma-informed practices, you will ensure that the people we support are at the heart of our service delivery, helping to create lasting, positive change.
